How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
  • Bank or card processing times may vary

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or process refunds until the package has been delivered. If you no longer want your order, please wait until it arrives and then contact us to initiate a refund under our Keep-It Guarantee.

Keep-It Guarantee Eligibility

To qualify for our Keep-It Guarantee refund, we ask that you:

  1. Receive your order
  2. Try the product for at least 14 days
  3. Provide brief feedback on your experience

This helps us continue improving our products and service. Once received, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
